Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Aircon Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine servicing, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (split units, central systems, VRV/VRF systems)
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
  • Perform routine servicing such as cleaning filters, coils, and drainage systems
  • Repair or replace defective components (compressors, fans, thermostats, etc.)
  • Conduct system performance checks and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns
  • Maintain proper documentation of work completed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an aircon/HVAC technician
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
  • Certification in HVAC or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to handle equipment and work in confined spaces
