Job Summary
Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You are the face of our brand and key to customer satisfaction.
Location: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT (far east square)
All welcomed to apply! (Must be well groomed)
Sat & Eve of PH: 6pm to 4am
Sun to Fri & PH: 5pm to 3am
6 days work week
Responsibilities
- No need to serve food & drinks
- Greet and seat guests professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Explain daily specials or ongoing promotions clearly
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations to uphold hygiene standards
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales (not mandatory)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior food and beverage service experience to support effective guest interactions
- Have communication skills to engage guests positively
- Language proficiency to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts
- Customer-focused attitude and teamwork spirit to contribute to a positive work environment
