Location: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT (far east square)
All welcomed to apply!
Have both AM and PM shift, but must be able to accept PM shift (Claim transport home)
Sat & Eve of PH: 6pm to 4am
Sun to Fri & PH: 5pm to 3am
AM Shift: 10am to 8pm (must accept PM shift too)
6 days work week (1hour break)
Job Description (JD)
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
- Provide customers with menu information and assist with recommendations when required.
- Set up and clear tables, and ensure the dining area is clean and properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and provide good customer service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow company service procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage; candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate, or be willing to obtain one if required.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
