- Midnight Shift: 10pm to 9am (1 hour break)
- Thomson-Sin Ming Ave ; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the processing application of card applications
- Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
- Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
- Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
- Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
- Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned
- A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
