⚠️ IMPORTANT: MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS

Candidates must be willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
👉The weekend day will be determined by the company based on operational needs.
👉 Applicants who are unable to work weekends should not apply.

Full-Time/Contract Receptionist – Dental Clinic

We are looking for a Full-Time/Contract Receptionist to join our dental clinic. Candidates must be able to start immediately and commit to at least one year or long-term employment.

Work Arrangement

Candidates may choose between the following options:

  • 5.5-day work week with 1.5 rest days per week (required to work one weekend) or
  • 5-day work week with 2 rest days per week (required to work both weekends)

👉 Final working hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle front counter receptionist duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • Booking and scheduling appointments
  • Patient registration
  • Prepare and dispense medications
  • Handle cash payments, e-payments, and NETS transactions
  • Perform administrative
  • Scanning and filing receipts
  • Excel data entry
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Dentist
