Description
📍Location: Gleneagles Hospital
⏰Working Hours: 9AM - 1PM
💰 $22-$24/hr
✅ Job Scope:
- Perform venepuncture and blood collection safely and accurately.
- Verify patient details and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Label, handle, and prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the phlebotomy area and equipment.
- Assist with other clinic duties as assigned.
🧾Requirements
- Phlebotomy-trained with valid certification.
- PAEDS trained
- Prior experience in venepuncture and blood collection.
- Familiar with specimen handling, labelling and infection control procedures.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain accuracy in a clinical environment.
- Flexible and available for locum assignments as required.
