Temp Lease Admin Assistant | Up to $2,578/Month
Contract Duration: Now till 4 Nov 2026 (5.5 Days / Week)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and customer service support to tenants/residents, including calls, filing and documentation.
- Maintain property and lease records and support lease administration and reporting.
- Coordinate with building technicians and vendors on maintenance matters and assist with invoice processing.
- Support rent collection communications and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Basic numerical and calculation skills.
- Able to follow established procedures and work independently.
