Your Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles within the hotel premises.
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
- Manage vehicle flow and traffic around the hotel entrance.
- Direct vehicles to designated parking areas when required.
- Manage taxi queues efficiently to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Adhere to all safety procedures to protect guests, vehicles, and colleagues.
- Support the Valet team with other operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Good eyesight and comfortable driving a variety of vehicle types.
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Successful applicants may be required to undergo employment and criminal background checks.
