About the role
Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Assistant in Singapore's vibrant shopping environment. You'll provide exceptional customer service whilst supporting daily store operations in a multicultural, merit-based workplace that values work-life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management
- Ensure merchandise displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Maintain overall store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Manager to support business operations
About you
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
