TCM Clinic Assistant
Job Description
- Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians
- Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications
- Perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
- Any other administrative tasks when needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a TCM Clinic or healthcare setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin‑speaking patients and read medicine labels in Chinese.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Training will be provided.
