Events Coordinator (Healthcare) #HBY

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for deployment to:
Duration: 4 months
Event Date: 5 January 2027
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Location: Central
Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month
Key responsibilities
- Manage RSVP tracking, guest information and attendance records
- Coordinate seating arrangements, dietary requirements, accompanying guests, door gifts and other event logistics
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to coordinate event requirements
- Prepare event materials and operational documents, including guest profiles, seating plans, run sheets, administrative briefs and operations plans
- Support event setup, registration, guest reception and overall program execution on event day
- Conduct final checks of event spaces, seating arrangements, registration areas, door gifts and presentation materials
- Coordinate audiovisual and other operational requirements
- Provide hands-on support throughout the event, including dinner service and guest management
- Consolidate attendance and stakeholder engagement information post-event
- Coordinate thank-you communications and personalised follow-up materials
About you
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Prior experience in event coordination, event management, stakeholder engagement or administrative support will be advantageous
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling RSVP lists, guest information and event logistics
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to support the event on 5 January 2027
- Able to commit to the full 4-month contract
