Sales Coordinator (Admin) | West | Up to $3,000 | 6-Month Contract

Working Hours & Location
- Mondays to Fridays
- 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
- Convenient company transport provided (Pick-up from Lakeside MRT and drop-off at Boon Lay MRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Process and monitor sales orders, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with factories to follow up on order status, deliveries, and payment matters
- Prepare and process payment requests and non-trade invoice billings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone to ensure smooth and effective communication
- Prepare and maintain shipping and import/export documentation
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level qualification with at least 1 year of order processing experience
- Cheerful, proactive, and positive with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling work-related matters
