Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Technician to join the team.

- Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.
- Carry out technical tasks as an initial response to building issues.
- Manage and maintain Chiller System, ACMV, Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems
- Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.
- Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.
- Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
If you are someone with the following, lets chat!
- Minimum Nitec in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in M&E trades, including chiller systems, or an equivalent qualification in Facilities Management or Building Services.
- Proven technical expertise with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants.
