QC Service Technician – Valve Testing / Inspection | Hands-On
Summary Benefits:
- Basic Up to $3500 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Carry out QC inspections and quality checks on valves and related products.
- Conduct pressure testing and functional testing of valves using testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot daily process and quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, gauges and other inspection equipment.
- Prepare and maintain QC inspection records, reports and documentation.
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure safe working practices.
- Operate machines and equipment required for valve testing.
- Operate overhead crane for material and equipment handling when required.
- Perform other QC-related duties as assigned by the QC Manager.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate / NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant QC, inspection, mechanical or technical experience.
- Hands-on and comfortable working in a workshop/manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of measuring and inspection tools such as vernier calipers and gauges.
- Willing to operate valve pressure testing machines; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Willing to operate an overhead crane; training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to prepare/read reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
