Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 per month
Location: Upper Thomson, Central Region, Singapore
Working hours:
4-day work week
(12-hour rotating shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
Resident Care Support
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Provide continence care and ensure residents’ comfort and dignity during care routines.
- Assist with basic physiological monitoring under the supervision of trained nurses.
- Support residents during recreational or life enrichment activities.
Clinical & Operational Support
- Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations when required.
- Support safe transfer of residents for clinical appointments, internal transfers, or hospital visits.
- Ensure proper handling and safe movement of residents in accordance with care protocols.
Quality & Compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient care activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow established care protocols and safety guidelines.
- Attend relevant training to maintain up-to-date knowledge and caregiving skills.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or relevant caregiving/healthcare training.
Experience
- Candidates without experience but with interest in healthcare may also be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to caregiving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based healthcare environment.
- Physically able to assist residents with mobility and daily care needs.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and a 4-day work week schedule.
