Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: Up to $2600, No Overtime (No OT required)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm
- AWS (13th-month bonus)
- Medical & Dental Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Pack stock for deliveries and coordinate with couriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle data entry, document printing, and filing.
- Perform daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Manage stock intake and issuance accurately; prepare and maintain inventory reports.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, creating and updating product statuses.
- Assist with physical handling (lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading goods).
- Liaise with Operations and Accounts teams on orders and payment matters.
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting/carrying stock).
