Office Facilities management & Front Desk Executive - Floater (6-Month) Urgent Hiring
Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre
Salary: $14 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Includes 1-hour unpaid break) or
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes 1-hour unpaid break)
👔 Attire: Office Attire with Blazer
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Facilities Support
• Support the daily operations of the office environment to ensure smooth workplace functionality
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers such as cleaning, maintenance, and security teams
• Monitor and follow up on facilities-related requests or maintenance issues
• Assist with workplace logistics and office administrative tasks
• Provide operational support for urgent matters or internal office projects
Front Desk & Visitor Experience (Receptionist)
• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and staff in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls and general enquiries
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup requirements
• Handle mail, courier deliveries, and parcel distribution
Requirements
• N Level qualification or higher
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, concierge, office administration, or facilities support
• Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with visitors, employees, and vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to travel between office locations if required
