Roles & Responsibilities
- As an Allied Infant Educarer, you will care for infants aged 2 to 18 months by creating a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will assist in caregiving duties such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and helping infants settle for naps while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of cots, toys, and the environment. Constant supervision and responsive care are essential.
- You will support learning and development by helping implement play-based and sensory activities planned by the Infant Care Teacher, engaging infants to promote motor, cognitive, and emotional growth. Observations on infants’ behaviors and needs will be shared with the teacher.
- Adhering to health, hygiene, and safety protocols is key, including sanitizing toys and equipment, ensuring a safe environment, and assisting in emergency drills.
- Building warm, trusting relationships with infants and supporting positive communication with parents during drop-off and pick-up (under supervision) are part of the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum N Level/O Level.
