💰 Salary: $13/hour
📅 Event Period: 27 September – 12 October 2026 (16 days)
📆 Working Schedule: Up to 6 days/week, Monday–Sunday
⏰ Shift: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 10AM–10PM
🍴 Break: 1-hour unpaid break
📍 Locations:
- Marina Bay Sands
- ION Orchard
- Orchard Road (Brand Centre Orchard)
- Raffles City Pop Up
👥 1–2 pax per location
🎮 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the interactive simulator area and ensure smooth operations
- Guide customers on how to use the simulator
- Ensure equipment is used safely and appropriately
- Assist customers with participation requirements and registration
- Verify required social media follow and membership registration steps
- Help customers download and access the mobile application when required
- Check the required verification screen before customers access the simulator
- Support crowd management and maintain a positive customer experience
💪 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail, events, roadshow, customer service or promotional experience is advantageous
- Able to commit throughout the full event period is preferred
