Management Trainee Service Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and motivate the team to deliver top-notch customer service
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support training and onboarding of new staff
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and store reporting
Management Trainee Kitchen Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the ins and outs of back-of-house operations
- Support daily kitchen functions, including prep, inventory, and team coordination
- Work closely with our Outlet Chef and Management Team
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure
- Culinary school background or kitchen experience (a plus but not required)
