Working Hours: 10 am to 7pm , 4 weekdays 1 weekend 
Basic Salary: $2800/mth

Duties:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with booking issues, payment enquiries, account matters, and service-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
  • Support daily customer service operations and ensure service standards are met.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or front-line support will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
