We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who can juggle service, smiles, and a side of sass (optional but encouraged).
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Mission)
Be the point person during shifts – leading by example, solving problems before they happen, and keeping the good vibes rolling.
Ensure the restaurant floor runs like a well-oiled (and well-fed) machine.
Handle customer concerns with grace, tact, and maybe a joke if the moment’s right.
Help work with management team to train new hires and coach current staff – because teamwork makes the dream work.
Keep an eye on inventory, cleanliness, and standards – basically, making sure we look and operate our best.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role – you know how the floor flows.
Junior Service Staff looking to take a step up in their career are welcome to apply
Good communication skills – you can talk to anyone from dishwashers to diners with charm.
Quick on your feet, cool under pressure, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Enthusiastic team player with a passionate for service, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
