What You’ll Do:
- Manage 360° recruitment process (client BD + candidate sourcing)
- Cold call and build new client relationships (we’re hunters, not just farmers)
- Understand hiring needs, pitch solutions, and fill roles fast
- Write job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and deliver consistent performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a bonus - but not a must
- Gritty, persuasive, and self-driven with strong communication skills
- Able to handle rejection and bounce back fast
- Willingness to cold call and hustle during golden hours
