About the Role

Job Responsibilities
✅ Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
✅ Recommend beauty products based on customers' needs
✅ Promote membership and loyalty programmes
✅ Introduce online shopping options and services
✅ Help customers test products and provide basic beauty services
✅ Achieve sales targets through product knowledge and recommendations
✅ Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
✅ Assist with stock management and inventory checks
✅ Operate cashier duties accurately and professionally
Requirements
✔ Passion for beauty and customer service
✔ Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people
✔ Knowledge of beauty, skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare trends
✔ Retail or customer service experience is an advantage
✔ Good communication and multitasking skills
✔ Comfortable using POS and store systems
✔ Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
