Customer Service Center [3months - $2760]
Assignment Period: 21 Sep to 31 Dec 2026
Extension may be available depending on business requirements and candidate availability.
Working Locations:
- Bishan rotate Ang Mo Kio
- Tampines rotate Punggol
- Jurong
- Maxwell
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15am to 5:45pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
* Bishan have to work HALF SAT (Sat: 8.30am – 1pm (overtime applies)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person customer service and support
- Attend to customers' enquiries, issues and transactions
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
- Perform various tasks and adapt to changing work requirements
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or high-pressure situations
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during working hours
- Prior customer service, retail, front desk or service centre experience will be an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates who are able to commit for the full assignment period.
