Job Description:
- Able to handle full sets of account independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Responsible for preparation of statement of outstanding account
- Responsible to compile and check staff reimbursement
- Assist in budget forecast, financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet
- To coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- To ensure company comply with financial policies and regulations
- To maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Assist in enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies and procedures
Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy
- Min 3 years relevant work experience in relevant field, experience in construction company is an added value
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
- Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
