Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare mise en place and execute recipes according to company standards.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and portion control.
- Monitor production and minimise food wastage.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with stock management and replenishment requests.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support team members as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- No min cert required
- Experience with kitchen equipment
- Understand basic food hygiene practices and health and safety
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Be punctual and well disciplined
- 5 Day work week (44 hours per week)
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents need apply
