Job Description:
- Offer the best in class customer service, manage the sales team member to ensure the team's objectives and sales goal are met
- Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
- Build and manage daily budget for Sales team based upon Yearly Sales Budget agreed with HQ Japan
- Issue the Preliminary reports and control Productivity, Hours worked at capita, Rate of remaining goods, and Production loss management
- Create Inventory list at month end and maintain Work Schedule Record system data accurately
- Maintain the smooth operation of stores through cooperation with other department
- Set-up a milestone to improve hygiene management and keep the outlet always clean and tidy
- Do PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) with Store Manager on a quarterly basis to further confirm and improve progress
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal manpower allocation and smooth day-to-day store operations
- Manage and analyze the store’s sales performance and profit/loss results, as well as formulate and implement appropriate measures to improve performance
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR only
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong team management skills
- Good customer complaint-handling skills
- Able to independently handle communication and coordination with the landlord and mall management
Sales Team Leader
- Gross Salary: S3,000-4,000/month
- 3+ years of experience in F&B or retail, with supervisory experience preferred
Sales Manager
- Gross Salary: S3,500-4,500/month
- 5+ years of experience in F&B, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Additional Benefit:
- Japanese Language Allowance: Up to S$500/month, depending on Japanese proficiency.
- Japanese language is not compulsory.
