Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

  • Check and verify lucky draw submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Inform winning recipients via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of all submissions and communications

Requirements:

  • Min. A-levels/Diploma/Degree
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data that will be audited
  • Good written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and follow processes precisely
  • Immediate availability preferred
