KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative & Visual Design: Lead the brand’s visual direction across labels, brochures, promotional materials, in-store collateral, and referral campaigns, ensuring a premium and consistent look.
- Mall & Landlord Partnerships: Manage relationships with mall management and landlords, coordinate activations, and identify opportunities to maximise visibility and customer traffic.
- Project & Vendor Management: Own projects end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Social Media & Brand Presence: Manage social media platforms with engaging, premium content that drives awareness, consultations, and sales.
- Campaign Execution: Work with the Regional Manager and Product Manager to develop and execute monthly campaigns across in-store, digital, and social channels.
- Beauty & Social Media Savvy: Create engaging short-form content that reflects beauty and aesthetics trends, builds the brand, and generates leads.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience in marketing (both online and offline), preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness industries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Well-versed in performance marketing, paid media, and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into effective campaigns
- Data-driven and capable of translating insights into strategy.
- Refined visual and branding sensibility, balancing creativity with measurable results
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently
- Skilled in creative softwares such as Photoshop, AI etc
