- Overall in charge of operations.
- Plan work schedule
- Provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, check works at frequent intervals, and maintain schedules
- Ensure employee follow safety, quality requirement, and all applicable company policies at all times
- Support overtime.
- Must have relevant experience.
- Other duties assigned by the manager or director
