PART-TIME DENTAL CLINIC RECEPTIONIST
Locations: Sengkang and Yishun
Hourly Rate: $10–$13 per hour, depending on experience and competency
Working Days: Weekday and weekend shifts
Working Hours: 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to patients professionally and courteously
- Handle appointments, enquiries, registration and payment collection
- Answer telephone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages
- Maintain accurate patient and appointment records
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and clinical areas
- Assist with basic clinic duties, including cleaning and sterilising dental instruments
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the clinic
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual and reliable
- Friendly, professional and comfortable communicating with patients
- Able to work both weekday and weekend shifts
- Able to travel between our Sengkang and Yishun clinics
- Comfortable handling reception, cleaning and basic clinic-support duties
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not compulsory
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
