Job Title: Warehouse & Kitchen Assistant
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour meal break)
Salary: $2,200 – $2,500 per month
Responsibilities/Jobscope
Kitchen & Production Operations
- Execute food production tasks including ingredient preparation, cooking, and portioning in accordance with standard recipes, hygiene standards, and production schedules
- Package, label, and store finished products and raw materials correctly to maintain freshness, quality, and stock traceability
- Monitor and record storage conditions and stock levels; rotate inventory on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis to minimise waste
- Clean, sanitise, and maintain kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and food storage areas in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Adhere to strict personal hygiene protocols and workplace safety practices at all times
Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, verifying, and organising incoming stock and supplies; ensure items match delivery notes and are free from damage or defects
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently; label and arrange items for dispatch in an orderly manner
- Maintain tidy, safe, and organised warehouse and storage zones; stack goods securely and keep walkways clear of hazards
- Update inventory records and report low stock levels, discrepancies, or damaged goods to supervisors promptly
- Assist with periodic stock counts and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
General Duties
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across kitchen and warehouse functions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and dispatch targets and support smooth workflow
- Perform other reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
