Summary
The Service Delivery Assistant provides administrative and operational support to workshop and maintenance operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating procurement activities, monitoring equipment status, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update maintenance status, workshop records, and operational data.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, equipment records, and maintenance files.
- Support workshop planning, scheduling, and control room operations.
- Process Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipts, ensuring accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational and procurement activities.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in administration, operations support, workshop, maintenance, logistics, or service support roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or Maintenance Management Systems is an advantage.
