High Note Hospitality Group is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing team in Singapore.
We like restaurants with personality, warmth and food that people genuinely want to come back for. Just as importantly, we want to build kitchens where people respect each other, help each other and enjoy coming to work.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their section, cares about the details and is happy to get stuck in when the kitchen gets busy.
What you’ll be doing
- Running your section during preparation and service
- Preparing and cooking dishes consistently to the restaurant’s standards
- Keeping your station organised, clean and ready for service
- Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team
- Supporting junior cooks and sharing what you know
- Checking ingredients, mise en place and stock levels
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Minimising waste and looking after ingredients properly
- Helping the team wherever needed during busy services
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
- Solid kitchen fundamentals and good attention to detail
- Someone organised and calm under pressure
- A team player who communicates well and treats people with respect
- Willing to learn, improve and take feedback
- Someone who takes pride in the food they put on the plate
- A genuine interest in good food and hospitality
We don’t expect perfection. We do expect people to care, look out for each other and take pride in what they do.
If you’re going to spend this much time in a kitchen, you may as well spend it with people you like.
