- Contract: 1 year (Renewable/Convertible)
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Working Hours: 2 days’ work, 2 days off shift cycle (8:30am to 8:30pm & 8:30pm to 8:30am) Must commit both shift
- Salary: $2850
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement seasonal schedules and ensure real-time operational database updates
- Prepare Sitrep and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Update Baggage and Flight Information Displays
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and real-time operational issues
- Coordinate with Engineering Baggage Control Room on operational changes
- Monitor baggage presentation performance and mishandling KPIs
- Conduct joint inspections with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate VIP flights and exception handling
- Attend on-site incidents and conduct investigations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec with any relevant education
- Experience in an airline/airport operations environment (preferably 2 years of experience)
- Must be on-site in the baggage handling area
- Prefer to have Class 3 driving license to drive the baggage truck
- Must be able to work shift and weekends
