We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused E-Commerce Coordinator to join our growing E-Commerce team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Click & Collect Centre, ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes and delivering exceptional customer service to create a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns, and requests regarding eCommerce orders.
- Maintain and provide a high level of customer service at all times to fulfill customers' eCommerce orders.
- Support the eCommerce Operations team in the processing of eCommerce orders and customer returns.
- Coordinate with retail stores and third-party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect Centre.
- Monitor and provide prompt follow-up on customer enquiries, order statuses, and service-related issues.
- Ensure accurate handling, processing, and documentation of customer orders and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment within the Click & Collect Centre.
- Participate in ad hoc duties, projects, and operational activities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of experience in customer service, retail operations, eCommerce, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in order fulfillment, Click & Collect operations, or eCommerce support will be an advantage.
- Min. GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using online ordering systems.
