Responsibilities
- Security compliance: Ensure database and system configurations adhere to national security standards.
- Regulatory audits: Conduct audits, address non‑compliance issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Policy alignment: Coordinate with IT teams to implement compliance policies and align with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Risk management: Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize organizational exposure.
- Compliance reporting: Track compliance measures and report adherence across multiple operational areas.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure and applications meet policy and security requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT business analysis, compliance, or infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of government IT policies, IM8 standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience in risk assessment, compliance audits, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical requirements into business solutions.
- Certifications such as ITIL v3 Foundation, AWS, or Microsoft Azure are advantageous.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) will be considered a plus.
