Records Verification Officer
Salary: $2,400 per month
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work Location: Central Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of information by cross-checking extracted data against source documents.
- Review and identify discrepancies in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Document, categorise, and track issues identified during the verification process.
- Maintain accurate records of findings, discussions, and updates made to data entries.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing workflows and operating procedures.
- Support data cleansing, issue analysis, and other related administrative activities.
- Adapt to evolving workflows and handle different document formats as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with digital systems, databases, and online platforms.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.
