Astons Group is growing and we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our restaurant leadership team across multiple outlets.
Positions: Supervisor | Management Trainee | Assistant Manager | Restaurant Manager
Candidates will be matched to the position based on experience.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure the highest standards of food, beverage and service quality are consistently met (QSC standards)
- Lead, train and motivate FOH & BOH teams
- Monitor guest feedback, address complaints promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Coordinate operational tasks and support kitchen/service procedures
- Oversee equipment, cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards to ensure they are maintained

- Perform any other duties as assigned by their immediate superior
👤 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ F&B experience (more for senior positions)
- Strong leadership, communication and multitasking skills
- Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene practices at all times
- Valid Food Safety Course (Level 3) Certificate is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on weekend and public holidays
