Finance Executive role reporting to the Finance Manager. The position involves maintaining a full set of accounts with appropriate internal controls and ensuring accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a full set of accounts with appropriate internal controls and ensure accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports; perform intercompany and bank reconciliations; prepare audit schedules
File GST returns and other regulatory reports; submit all reports to the ultimate holding company within strict deadlines
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional parties
Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting exercises, and ISO audits
Prepare analysis, management reports and undertake other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by management
About you
Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification
Strong accounting and administrative skills
Computer literacy is essential, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 or HANA FICO accounting modules is essential
Good analytical, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as a responsive and adaptable team member
Demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and builds constructive working relationships with colleagues and employees
