Job description:
- Maintaining and updating wholesale banking systemparameters.
- Running automated processes for statement and adviceverification.
- Providing production support for systems used by businessunits and operations teams.
- Handling administrative and operational support activities within the division.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with bankingsystems.
- Experience with system maintenance, operationalprocessing, and automation activities.
- Familiarity with production support and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with ateam.
- Willingness to support weekend activities when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and control mindset.
Advantageous (not mandatory) if candidates have:
- Banking operations experience, especially in wholesale/corporate banking.
- Exposure to system parameter setup and maintenance.
- Knowledge of operational controls, statement generation, or transaction processing.
