Our client is a leading global hospitality company. They are seeking a passionate Guest Experience Executive to be the primary point of contact for VIP and long-stay guests. This role focuses on delivering personalised service, creating memorable first impressions, and ensuring seamless guest journeys across all departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage VIP and long-stay guest relationships, anticipating needs and preferences.
- Welcome guests warmly and maintain a strong presence in the lobby.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support loyalty programmes and guest recognition initiatives.
- Uphold brand standards in lobby experience and guest interactions.
👤 Requirements
- Prior experience in guest services, front office, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest issues calmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems is an advantage.
- Flexible, accountable, and committed to service excellence.
