Employment Highlights
- Basic salary: From $2,200 - 2,400
- Team-based monthly commission: Average $300 – $500, with higher earnings of up to $700 – $800 during peak periods

Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- 44 hours per week
- Retail hours scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the sales floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products
- Deliver professional customer service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts to achieve sales targets
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
- Support cashiering duties as required
- Assist with store housekeeping and day-to-day retail operations
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer-oriented with an interest in the retail industry
- Able to work retail shifts, including scheduled hours within store operating times
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
Additional Information
- Retail Associates may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support business needs
- This role is open to candidates who do not require work pass sponsorship
