System Support Engineer (Client Management) (P1)

- Engineering role with strong client & stakeholder management exposure
- Oversee system performance, compliance & service delivery
- Be the key point of contact to resolve system and operational issues
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery, performance and lifecycle management of systems deployed to clients.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, vendors and internal engineering/support teams.
- Monitor system performance, KPIs and SLAs to ensure service requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, directives and quality requirements.
- Support asset, maintenance and lifecycle management, including hardware, software, spares and obsolescence.
- Coordinate cybersecurity requirements, including vulnerability tracking, mitigation and patch management.
- Support project activities including planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline with less than 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance and service delivery.
- Able to manage issues independently and coordinate effectively with multiple parties.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
