🏥 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AMBASSADOR
📅 1-Year Contract
⏰ Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
💰 $12/hour
We are looking for friendly and people-oriented individuals to join our team as a Community Engagement Ambassadoron a 1-year contract.
🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage an information booth and assist members of the public with enquiries.
• Engage residents through one-to-one interactions and small-group sharing.
• Explain healthcare and preventive health programmes and guide residents through the enrolment process.
• Assist residents with mobile applications and online systems where required.
• Provide information on health plans, preventive health recommendations and follow-up services.
• Attend to enquiries from residents, patients and caregivers.
• Support outreach activities, roadshows and community engagement events.
• Perform basic administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with members of the public.
• Customer service, healthcare, outreach or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and computer systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long hours.
