Attractions Operations (AO) Casual
📍 Location: Gardens by the Bay, Singapore
💰 Pay Rate:
- < 3 months: $10.00/hr
- > 3 months: $10.30/hr
- > 1 year: $11.00/hr
- Weekend allowance: +$2.00/hr
- Public Holiday rate: $18.00/hr
🗓 Contract Period: 1 Sep 2026 – 31 Aug 2028
📌 Job Type: Casual / Temporary
Job Scope
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Perform ticketing and attraction admission checks
- Handle crowd control
- Respond to accidents and emergencies
- Support events and programmes within Gardens by the Bay
- Deliver good customer service to guests
Requirements
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Must attend:
- 1 full-day Induction (8.30am – 6pm)
- 4 x 12-hour OJT shifts
- Able to commit at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
- Comfortable with long hours of standing
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors (non-air-conditioned areas)
- Customer-oriented, patient, and approachable
- Outspoken, bubbly, and able to communicate well
- Candidates with customer service experience are preferred
Working Hours
- 6 to 12-hour shifts
- Operating hours between 8.30am – 9.30pm
- Includes unpaid meal breaks
- Minimum shift guaranteed: 6 hours
- Shift timing subject to operational needs
