Responsibilities
Claims Administration
- Perform manual registration of A&H and Life insurance claims.
- Prepare claim documents for scanning, indexing, and registration into the claims system.
- Assist in maintaining accurate claims records and documentation.
Claims Support & Enquiries
- Manage A&H claims-related emails and enquiries.
- Support claims assessors by attending to agent, customer service, and industry search enquiries.
- Assist in resolving missing documentation issues and follow up with relevant parties for outstanding requirements.
Correspondence & Follow-up
- Prepare responses to lawyer letters relating to claims involving Letters of Administration and Grants of Probate.
- Prepare and send death claims invitation letters to potential claimants under proactive claims handling initiatives.
- Follow up with hospitals and clinics for outstanding medical reports.
Operational Duties
- Collect and process incoming mails, cheques, and hardcopy claim submissions.
- Update Credit Shield claims records and trackers.
- Conduct hospital, clinic, and industry searches to support claims processing.
- Perform fund transfers to facilitate timely claims payments.
Other Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the Claims Department.
Requirements:
- N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant administrative experience will be considered
