Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer - Packaging
- Position Title: QA Inspector
- Working Location: Woodlands (Company transport at Woodlands/Yishun/Sembawang)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure internal operations comply with the company’s quality assurance plans, guidelines, and procedures.
- Conduct tests, maintain records, and prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC).
- Prepare internal and external Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
- Prepare product samples for submission to customers.
- Conduct incoming tests and inspections on materials.
- Perform production line inspections and quality audits.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support ISO implementation, maintenance, and document control.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

- Relevant experience in a quality department, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in ISO implementation, maintenance, and document control is an advantage.
- Able to understand technical and mathematical concepts.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
