- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to inspection procedures and control plans.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using the following measuring equipment:
• Nikon Measuring Scope
• Keyence 3D Measurement System
• Keyence SmartScope • Mitutoyo CNC Vision Measuring System
• Digital Indicator - Perform product visual inspections using a low-power microscope.
- Verify that products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, or quality systems.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming products and report issues to the supervisor or QA Engineer.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company quality procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspection records.
- Ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated and handled.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a jumpsuit
- Factory location: Tuas South Street 5, Tuas.
Qualifications, Essential Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:
- Education: Minimum A Level or ITE
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality control methods and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
